This course is designed for medical and nursing staff from peri-operative and related backgrounds, from junior through to senior level.

Courses are delivered as modules, with each module focusing on one of ALS, Anaphylaxis, CICO and Major Haemorrhage. Individuals are welcome to attend all that are of interest.

Yes.
For participants of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) CPD program, all modules are recognised as an Emergency Response activity. A certificate will be issued upon course completion.
For non-ANZCA medical and nursing staff, a certificate will be issued upon completion that details the dedicated CPD hours.

Currently each module is delivered as a half day course, either AM or PM.

All required pre-reading material will be forwarded to registrants prior to the day. This is mandatory and will be expected knowledge on the day.

Participants can expect a hands-on, interactive day with simulation exercises, problem-based learning, and collaborative discussions in a small group learning environment.

Please present on the day in comfortable clothing such as theatre scrubs, and closed footwear.

Light refreshments only will be provided for morning and afternoon tea.

Registration is per module ie. select either the AM or the PM module
Registration fee $379.00
Anaesthesia Trainee:
Registration is per day ie. two modules delivered on the same day
Registration fee $99.00
Nursing Staff:
Registration is per day ie. two modules delivered on the same day

Registration fees are fully refundable (minus TryBooking processing fees) up until 45 days prior to the course date. Cancellations within 45 days of the course are not eligible for a refund.

Registrations are non-transferrable to an alternative date.
Registrations may be transferred to another individual - please contact the ACM team for further information should this be required.
If an individual is unable to attend a course they have registered for, they are eligible for a full refund (minus TryBooking processing fees) if outside of 45 days prior to the course date. If notification is within 45 days, the registration fee is non-refundable.
